Delivering Hope: Our Mission to Support Brain Cancer Patients Through the Peace of Mind Foundation

At Deliver, our purpose goes far beyond freight and logistics. While we’re proud to connect businesses and communities across Australia with reliable, sustainable freight solutions, we also believe in delivering something even more powerful—compassion, connection, and care.

This year, we’re honoured to partner with the Peace of Mind Foundation, Australia’s leading charity supporting brain cancer patients and their families. Together, we’re on a mission to raise awareness, offer support, and help bring peace of mind to those facing one of life’s toughest challenges.

Why Brain Cancer Matters to Us

Brain cancer is a disease that often goes unnoticed until it affects someone we know. In Australia, brain cancer kills more children than any other disease and is the leading cause of cancer-related death for adults under 40. Despite these devastating statistics, it remains one of the most underfunded and under-researched cancers.

When we learned about the work that Peace of Mind Foundation is doing—providing emotional, practical, and financial assistance to brain cancer patients and their families—we knew we had to get involved. Their mission to ease the burden on patients and carers aligns perfectly with our own commitment to making life easier, more supported, and more connected for the people we serve.

Delivering More Than Freight: The Power of Partnership

In our business, logistics is about solving complex problems and getting essential goods where they need to go—safely, efficiently, and on time. But through this partnership, we’re reminded that the most important deliveries are those of hope, support, and compassion.

Through our fundraising campaign with Peace of Mind Foundation, we aim to raise funds that will directly support initiatives such as:

  • Dedicated Brain Cancer Support Workers, the first of their kind in Australia, who provide personalised assistance to patients and families;

  • Family retreats and respite care, giving carers and loved ones a much-needed break from the physical and emotional toll of cancer;

  • Practical support programs, including transport assistance, grocery vouchers, and home help for those undergoing treatment.

Our Campaign: Peace of Mind x Deliver

We’ve launched our official fundraising campaign at
👉 peaceofmindfoundationwithdeliver.gofundraise.com.au

This page is the heart of our initiative—a place where our team, customers, partners, and community members can come together to donate, share, and show their support. Every dollar raised goes toward helping real people facing real challenges due to brain cancer.

But we’re not stopping at fundraising. As part of our campaign, we’re also:

  • Running a Deliver Beanie Charity Drive to raise awareness during “Go Grey in May,” the national brain cancer awareness month;

  • Participating in events and encouraging our team to get involved in both corporate giving and community action;

  • Spreading the word across our networks to help shine a light on this overlooked yet urgent cause.

How You Can Help

If you’ve ever been touched by cancer—or simply believe in the power of community—you can play a part in this campaign.

Here’s how:

Donate through our official fundraising page
Share the campaign on social media using the hashtag #PeaceOfMindWithDeliver
Talk to your friends, family, and colleagues about the importance of brain cancer awareness
Join us at fundraising and awareness events throughout May and beyond

No act is too small. Whether it’s a $10 donation or a simple share on social media, every contribution helps us get closer to our goal—and more importantly, helps someone out there feel supported, seen, and cared for.

A Personal Commitment from Deliver

As a business, we are constantly thinking about efficiency, speed, and technology—but we never forget that people come first. Behind every delivery is a person, a story, a family. This campaign is a reminder that our real purpose is to support the people who make up the communities we serve.

Partnering with the Peace of Mind Foundation is one of the most meaningful things we’ve done. And we’re just getting started.

Let’s deliver something that truly matters—together.

With gratitude,
The Deliver Team
